4. Data from Meta campaigns (Facebook / Instagram)
When you complete a lead form through Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook / Instagram), Eukleia receives the information you chose to share (usually first name, last name, email, phone, company, role).
- This data is used solely to respond to your request and, where applicable, send you professional communications if you have consented.
- Eukleia does not sell or rent your data to third parties.

5. Recipients
Data is processed by authorised Eukleia staff and, where applicable, by technical subcontractors (hosting, messaging, CRM, analytics tools) located in Switzerland or the European Union, bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
6. International transfers
Data is mainly hosted in Europe (Switzerland or European Union). When a third-party tool involves a transfer outside the EEA/Switzerland, we ensure that an appropriate legal basis applies (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decision or recognised certification).
7. Retention periods
- Contact requests and leads: 3 years from the last exchange.
- Contract data: duration of the contract + 10 years for legal and accounting obligations.
- Applications: 2 years after the last contact, unless you object.
- Technical logs: 12 months maximum.
