Commitments

Four measurable promises.

Reduce total IT cost

Contract audit, application rationalization, vendor negotiation: we aim for 15–30% savings on audited items within the first year.

Raise your security posture

Remediation plan prioritized on critical risks, team awareness, documented GDPR/NIS2 compliance.

Boost productivity

High-leverage process automation, AI embedded in your teams' daily work, 90-day quick wins. No tunnel effect — hours freed up from the first months.

Maximise your ROI

We quantify and prioritise your IT investments for you, with an expected ROI on every decision. You decide quickly, with confidence and data on hand.

Benefits

Senior IT leadership, on demand.

Many SMEs and mid-market companies don't have the critical mass for a full-time CIO, yet face the same risks: security, technical debt, vendor lock-in, runaway projects. Our offer gives you direction, execution and protection — without the fixed cost.

Operational in 2 weeks

Our CIOs bring 15 to 25 years of experience leading IT in complex environments. They take ownership of your critical topics without a learning curve.

Independent, no conflict of interest

We resell no licenses, no hardware. Our recommendations are 100% aligned with your interests — not a vendor's.

A full team behind your CIO

Your CIO is backed by our SAP, MD365, security, cloud and development consultants. One door, all of Eukleia's expertise.

For whom?

Designed for organizations between 20 and 500 employees.

Growing SMEs

You're crossing the 50-employee mark, improvised IT no longer scales, but a full-time CIO isn't justified yet.

Mid-market without IT direction

You have an operational IT manager but no one to drive vision, budget arbitration and roadmap.

Transition / interim

Your CIO is leaving and you're recruiting their successor: we ensure continuity for 3 to 12 months without losing momentum.

Transformation project

ERP migration, IS overhaul, digitalisation, cybersecurity: an executive sponsor at your side to secure the path.

FAQ

Your questions about the fractional CIO.

How many days per month do I need?
It depends on your organization's size and priorities. Typically 2–3 days/month for an SME of 20–80 employees with already-operational IT; 4–8 days/month for a mid-market firm of 80–300 employees or a transformation phase; 9–20 days/month for critical projects (ERP migration, mergers, compliance) or 300+ employee organizations. We scope the right volume together during the first call, and it remains adjustable month to month.
What's the difference between fractional CIO, outsourced CIO and managed services?
Managed services handle the technical run (workstations, servers, support). The fractional/outsourced CIO drives strategy, budget, arbitration and governance. Both are complementary: we often steer a client's existing managed service provider on their behalf.
How much does a fractional CIO cost?
Our packages start at 2 days/month, adjustable to your needs. Typically 30–60% cheaper than an in-house CIO (a senior CIO costs 120–180k/year fully loaded) while leveraging the full Eukleia team.
Do you replace or complement our current IT manager?
We complement. The IT manager keeps ownership of run and team; the fractional CIO brings strategic altitude, budget arbitration and executive project sponsorship. Clients report this combination frees up their internal team.
Which sectors do you support?
Industry, construction, accounting firms, training organizations, IT services, professional services, public and non-profit sectors. Our consultants have 15–25 years of experience on ERP (SAP, MD365), cloud, security and custom development.
Where do you operate?
Switzerland, all of France, cross-border areas. Regular on-site presence (typically 1–2 days/month depending on the package) complemented by remote steering and a hotline for urgent arbitration.
What's the commitment duration?
None. Monthly fee, cancelable with 30 days' notice. We believe in trust and delivered value: if we don't add value, you stop. Most of our missions run 12–36 months.
Are you vendor-independent?
Yes, completely. We resell no licenses, no hardware, and have no commercial agreement with any vendor. Our recommendations are 100% aligned with your interests — that's the guarantee of a trusted third party.
How does the mission start?
A 30-minute call to scope your stakes, then a 2-week flash audit. You receive a diagnosis and a 90-day plan. You then decide whether to continue — no commitment.

Let's scope your fractional CIO in 30 minutes.

A short call to understand your context, challenges, and define the right format. No commitment.
